Shipping Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Dispatch Times

In-stock master cartons leave our warehouse within two business days of a cleared payment. Mixed pallets and made-to-order runs are quoted with their own lead time on the purchase order.

2. Freight & Carriers

Parcel orders ship insured with tracking. Pallet freight includes liftgate service on request, and every carton is double-boxed with shock-absorbent fill for glassware.

3. Delivery Inspection

Please inspect pallets before signing the carrier's manifest and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt - it is what supports a transit claim.
