B2B Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Commercial Reseller Eligibility

All buyers must hold valid state/provincial business licenses and tobacco/smoke shop resale certificates. All orders are intended strictly for commercial distribution or retail resale.

2. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

Products are packaged in master cartons with defined MOQs. Tier discount pricing applies automatically based on pack volume units added to the purchase order.

3. Freight Shipping & Pallet Logistics

Orders above $35 qualify for free insured standard dispatch. Heavy freight and bulk pallet shipments include liftgate service and shock-absorbent double-boxed master cartons.

4. Payment & Credit Terms

Orders can be authorized via ACH, commercial card, or Wire Transfer. Net 30 terms are available to pre-qualified wholesale tier partners upon credit verification.
